If you are seeking a job where you feel appreciated in your role and want to make a lasting, positive impact on other people’s lives, then being a Care Professional for Kindnest Care could be the job for you!
We believe in investing in our team, which means that you do not need to have experience working in the care industry, as we provide full in-house training.
If your application is successful, you will undergo a full in-depth training programme with our training manager, which will provide all the necessary skills you will need to succeed in your new role. You will complete a full company induction and accompany senior staff on shadow shifts to meet our clients, and we will make sure you are confident in your role before commencing work.
We provide further training and promotion opportunities to all our staff and hold regular training days, team building, and social events, to ensure working with KingNest Care is both enjoyable and rewarding.
